Vinay cGMP model Vibro Sifter creates multi-plane mechanical vibrations by special motor with shaft extended on both sides having eccentric adjustable weights. The complete assembly of Screen frames & motor rest on a rigid circular base through a set of coil springs which allows the system to vibrate freely in muliti direction. While the upper eccentric weight on motor imparts horizontal motion, the lower eccentric weight adds to vibration in the vertical plane. The net result is high screening efficiency. The flow pattern of the powder on the screen surface is controlled by varying the position of bottom eccentric weight.

• The Complete unit is mounted on a portable platform which works on 3 HP motor fitted with a suitable gearbox and reversible starter.
• It has a capacity for processing 200 to 300 Kgs. of powder per hour depending on the quality of powder, with 4 different speeds and a wide selection of screens.
• It is provided with 12 nos of blades which has both knife & impact edges and 2 nos of scrappers rotating within the screw to control size reduction
